This fruity light body semi sweet white wine was created with Vignoles and Cayuga grapes. The Vignoles and Cayuga grape juice was imported from the Finger Lakes in New York. The juices were fermented separately and blended perfectly to create a pleasant and fruity balance.
A light body semi sweet rosé wine created with Catawba. The Catawba grape juice was imported from the Finger Lakes in New York. Spelled Fantasia but pronounced "Fawn-tuh-zee-uh" meaning "Fantasy" in Italtian.
A light body semi sweet red wine created with Cayuga and Chambourcin grapes. The Cayuga grape juice was imported from the Finger Lakes in New York. The Chambourcin grape juice was purchased from a vineyard in Kentucky. Fiore Rosso means "Red Flower" in Italian. This wine will pair perfectly with any patio and can be used to make the best sangria!
If you like pecans, you have to try this one! The wine was made with only Texas roasted pecans. After fermentation, we sweetened the pecan wine with local honey to add a delightful and invigorating taste! This wine has a perfect sweetness that will pair well with all your favorite desserts!
Nouveau translates to "New" in French. The Malbec Nouveau is non-aged and unoaked. We imported the Malbec grape juice from Chili and after fermentation, we bottled it! This light body dry fruity red wine is young but pleasing and energizing. If you are intrigued to know what a "new wine" would taste like, then add this wine to your list! The Malbec Nouveau pairs great with hamburgers,pizza, sandwiches, and light pastas.
Norton is an American grape varietal. We purchased the Norton grapes from a vineyard in Kentucky! This full body dry red wine comes with a spicy texture and earthy finish. With lots of flavors and hints, the Norton was aged in Kentucky oak for 2 years.
A full body dry red wine that has a spicy front and a dry finish. The Tempranillo was aged in Kentucky white oak for 2 years. Tempranillo is a Spanish grape varietal. We purchased the grapes from a vineyard in Chili.
Carmenere is a French grape varietal. We imported the grape juice from Chili. Chili has an excellent climate for producing vinifera grapes. This light body dry red wine has a pleasant taste and balance. The Carmenere was aged in Kentucky white oak for 2 years and will pair great with lasagna or ribs!
The Cabernet Franc grape juice was imported from Chili. This full body dry red wine has a flavorful taste from front to finish. The Cabernet Franc has hints of spice and was aged in Kentucky white oak for 2 years. The Cabernet Franc pairs well with a nice flavorful steak!
This light medium body dry red wine will soon become your favorite patio wine! A combination of 5 different grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot. This juice was imported from Chili and already blended upon arrival. After we fermented the Meritage, we let it age in American oak for 2 years. The Meritage is very versatile and will pair well with red meats, poultry meats, and seafood dishes!
The Malbec juice was imported from Chili. This medium body dry red wine has a subtle yet complex structure. We acquired the juice in 2020 and after fermentation we aged the Malbec in Kentucky oak for 3 years.
A full body dry red wine aged in American oak for 3 and a half years. Even though we grow Cabernet Sauvignon in our vineyard, the grape juice was imported from Chili. The Cabernet Sauvignon has many characteristics and dimensions and will pair well with juicy red meats or even a hearty soup or stew.
