History Of Grimes Mill Winery

Originally this 30 acre farm produced tobacco. When Kentucky tobacco sales began to decline, the DeSimone family harkened to their Italian heritage and converted the tobacco fields into a grape vineyard and then the tobacco barn into a winery. Our wines are hand crafted, produced, and bottled right on the premises!
