Light bodied semi-sweet red wine

Cultivar Notes:
Cayuga, Norton, & Chambourcin are American variety grapes. grown in Kentucky.  After fermentation the wines were blended, sweetened and bottled.

Production Notes:
Each wine was fermented separately. The Norton & Chambourcin was blended after fermentation and aged in a Single Kentucky White Oak Barrel for one year. A blend was then created using Catawba with the Norton and Chambourcin blend.
